Africoursity Refund Policy

At Africoursity, we strive to provide the best learning experience. If you’re not satisfied with a course you’ve purchased, we offer a 30-day refund policy. Here are the details:

  1. Eligibility for Refund: All courses purchased on Africoursity can be refunded within 30 days of purchase, provided the request meets the guidelines in our refund policy.

  2. Refund Request: To request a refund, navigate to your Purchase History, locate the course you wish to refund, and click “Request Refund”. You will be directed to the course refund page.

  3. Refund Method: Most refunds are returned via the original payment method. Certain restrictions may apply, and some purchases may only be eligible for credit refunds.

  4. Refund Restrictions: We reserve the right to limit or deny refund requests in cases where we believe there is refund abuse. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where a significant portion of the course has been consumed or downloaded before the refund was requested, multiple refunds have been requested by a student for the same course, or excessive refunds have been requested.

  5. Subscription Services: We do not grant refunds for any subscription services unless otherwise required by applicable law.

  6. Credit Only Refunds: In cases where a transaction is not eligible for a cash refund, the refund will be granted using Africoursity credits, provided it otherwise meets our 30-day refund policy1.

  7. Termination of Services: If your use of a paid Service is terminated, a refund may be available as assessed on a per-case basis solely at the discretion of Africoursity.
