ISO 37301 is an international standard for establishing, implementing, maintaining, and improving a Compliance Management System (CMS). It provides guidelines and requirements to help organizations demonstrate their commitment to compliance with applicable laws, regulations, standards, and ethical principles.

The standard adopts a risk-based approach and aligns with the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) model, ensuring a continuous improvement process in compliance management.

Requirements

  • A foundational understanding of compliance, legal requirements, risk management, or related areas.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and management systems is an advantage.
  • Practical experience in conducting audits, ideally in compliance management or related areas.
  • At least 5 years of work experience, with 2–3 years specifically related to compliance or auditing.
