This 5 days HACCP training is designed for people in the food industry desiring to understand and be trained in the HACCP system for safe food. This course will be presented in a manner that will serve participants from the food supply chain. Governments around the globe require workers in several segments of the food industry to be trained in HACCP.

Requirements

  • Experience in the food industry or related sectors, such as quality assurance, production, or food safety, is often required.
  • A degree or diploma in food science, microbiology, or a related field is advantageous but not always mandatory.
  • Participants are expected to have prior knowledge of HACCP basics, including its seven principles.
  • Familiarity with auditing processes, such as those outlined in ISO 19011 (Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems), is helpful.
